Angmarim in Angmar

Ok so I was working on the Justice trait and it appears the new Duvarium or whatever they are called, that are humanoid do NOT count towards killing Angmarim. While there used to be HUNDREDS of Angmarim scattered throughout Fassch-Falroid and in places like Donnvail and Tor Gailvin, I am seeing less than a handful of Iron-Crown mobs now. Was this intended to make this Deed/Trait harder? I know I can kill the signature priests by the alters in Himbar and they count as Angmarim, but their spawn rate is like 4 minutes, and there are only 5 of those. I am glad I only need like 30 more to complete this deed, because finding an area that is not overrun by the other types (that don't count) is very hard. Perhaps someone can tell me?

The Hill-men of Fasach-larran and Fasach-falroid did not previously count towards the Angmarim-Slayer Deed. There is still a very significant source of Angmarim across all of Angmar (and the Angmarim presence in Fasach-larran/falroid was not terribly heavy originally anyway).
