Refer a Friend, Play for Free - Program Still Active?

The loader still advertises that you can refer a friend and play for free. Reading the terms and conditions explains that if you refer a friend and they convert to a retail purchase, you'll get 30 days free. If you click through to the fine print though, it claims this program expires on October 31, 2007. That was three months ago. Can we either get the terms and conditions updated to a new expiration date, or get the advertisement changed so as to be more accurate?
