Orc meanace

I was giving a Job while in Bree to clear out a growning Orc band north of Bree in the farming fields. Out in the fields are a number of farming communities and they have been threated by the growing Orcs in the area. So I set off and headed north. On the way I also found a number of mining spots and was able to harvest some Tin and Copper to use later as there are forges in Bree. Eventually I found the Orcs and set about clearing the evil things from the lands.

How are you enjoying LoTRO so far, Iskevosi? I really liked the game, but unfortunately don't have enough time to go at it as hardcore as I'd like to. :(

My Quick Review:

I do like it more for the ability to meet and see the sights of Middle Earth. The game itself seems to be WoW with a new skin, I do like it when they are different so there is something new to learn and get into. The graphics are are done well and the play is fun and quick. The hotbar did not give enough indication of what abiltiy was in use and it's cool down timer, but they have tried to improve it and it's better but still played games where this is a lot clearer. I don't find it challenging enough for me. I think it's a game that I could level to 50 quickly, but maybe its a game about raids, shame if it is. As I believe the adventure in Middle Earth is what the experience should be about, following the storys that they have spent time to create for us all and there is some detail in there. See I levelled to 11 without being defeated (dying) once and got rewared a new title "The Undefeated". I didn't know that existsed, and was shocked to get it, but like I said, I found it easy to do as long as you do solo quests at your level and approach each with sense. Crafting is childs play and no challenge, again I am used to EQ2 and now VG's crafting - This though is not a bad point but it does mean you can become a good crafter very quickly. I had to really work at it in EQ2 to get to level 44 Provisioner. I am not keen on the Broker system with the bidding on a item to get it. I want to go there a just buy if I have the cash. Of course you can but those prices are so inflated :(

Good game but it's not my main - I need a bit more of a challenge :)
